Enrique Colbert
Enrique Colbert is General Counsel and Secretary at Wayfair, where he has overseen legal, public policy, procurement, sustainability, and global security since 2014. With a proven track record in high-growth environments, including his prior role as General Counsel at enterprise software firm Aveksa, Enrique brings deep expertise in corporate governance and risk. In addition to his legal leadership, Enrique serves on the boards of Boston Medical Center and Winter Walk, reflecting a deep commitment to civic engagement and public service.
Julius Genachowski
Julius Genachowski brings decades of leadership across public and private sectors, including serving as Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission under President Obama. A former law clerk to Supreme Court Justice David Souter, Julius has held senior roles at IAC and Carlyle, where he focused on technology, media, and telecommunications. He currently chairs the board of Sonos and serves on the boards of Mastercard and Mattel. His expertise spans federal policy, digital innovation, and regulatory strategy.
Eddie Lazarus
Eddie Lazarus is Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Legal Officer at Sonos, where he leads strategy, corporate development, legal, and regulatory functions. Formerly CFO of Sonos and General Counsel at Tribune Media, Eddie has played pivotal roles in multibillion-dollar transactions and corporate transformations. He also served as Chief of Staff at the FCC, where he helped guide national communications policy. Eddie is a published author and long-standing board member of the Sequoia Fund.
